Smarttrigger & Paddle Functions

The heart of this set is the combination of Smarttrigger technology and paddles. The remapper is pre-soldered, which facilitates assembly. A total of four buttons have been integrated into the system: X, Circle, L2, and R2. The paddles allow you to conveniently access these functions with the fingers of your left hand, without having to remove your thumb from the analog sticks. Additionally, the Smarttriggers provide a distinct "click" sound on the shoulder buttons. This not only offers haptic feedback but also results in a reduced actuation time for your PlayStation 4 controller's shoulder buttons. Compatibility & Installation

Before purchasing, please note the compatibility: This remapper is only suitable for V2 controllers, identifiable by the light bar in the touchpad. Older versions of the controller are not compatible. Installation takes approximately 30 minutes and requires manual dexterity. For assembly, you will absolutely need a hot glue gun and a drill or Dremel to create the necessary openings for the paddles. Please ensure you have the appropriate tools before beginning the modification.
