Shipping & Delivery Times

How long are the delivery times?
We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Processing time is 3 to a maximum of 10 business days.
Some products are quickly packaged and therefore quickly shipped. Others – such as elaborate custom PS5 controllers – take more time, especially for individual color or design requests. Sometimes individual parts have to arrive first.
During peak seasons such as Christmas or Black Friday, processing may take longer. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email. Should it unexpectedly take longer, we will contact you.
Why parcel shipping for a small product?
We no longer ship products as letters, as in the past there were many issues with customers claiming that the item had not arrived. This led to unnecessary effort, bad reviews, and dissatisfaction.
To protect our good reputation, we now ship everything exclusively insured with a tracking number and as a parcel with Hermes, regardless of whether the items are small or large. For shop orders with a merchandise value of 100 € or more, shipping within Germany is automatically free.
Returns & Repair
Stick drift, wrong sets, warranty, return
I ordered the wrong set; the remapper or similar doesn't fit my controller.
Unfortunately, this happens frequently—many only pay attention to the last letter A in the model number and think it's a BDM-010/020. However, the letter is also an A for BDM-030—the width of the inscription is crucial, not just the letter.
No worries—you can send the remapper or smart trigger/smart buttons back as a letter (please do not use plain paper envelopes).

Please include a note with your order number and the correct BDM model number. The model number is on the circuit board (e.g., BDM-050, BDM-030). Processing time for returns: 3-10 business days. Alternatively, you can reorder individual parts.
How can I send a product in for repair or return?
Should there be a problem with a product, e.g. a Custom PS5 Controller or Modkit, you can simply return it to us.
We do not provide return labels; the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. For justified warranty cases within the first 3 months, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
DIY products and tools will only be accepted for return in new condition — a partial refund may be possible if there are signs of use.

My controller has stick drift or other issues, can you fix it?
Yes, we can repair almost any PS4 and PS5 controller — including those from manufacturers like Scuf Gaming, Aim, King, or Lux.
We cannot repair Xbox, Nacon, or controllers without an original Sony motherboard.
Repairable issues include: stick drift (via Hall-effect stick installation), broken paddles, broken smart triggers, batteries, and more. We cannot replace aux jacks, but soldering work is possible. Simply submit defective controllers with a fault description via our modification service.
Controller Modding & DIY

Controller modding is not for me; can you convert my controller for me?
Yes – we customize PS4 and PS5 controllers to your specifications. All information on prices, process and address can be found at our Controller Modification Service.
You can also send in failed DIY attempts. If you have previously purchased DIY products from us, we will deduct them from the modification price – please note the order number on the enclosed slip.
How do I program the paddles on the controller/programmable remapper?
Prerequisite: your controller has a programmable remapper or paddles from BITRO. You can tell this because a red LED briefly flashes above the PS button when you turn it on.
Programming steps:
- Turn on the controller
- Press any paddle button → LED flashes red once
- Hold down D-pad down + X for 8 seconds → LED glows solid red
- Press a paddle button, then press the desired button → LED flashes twice (repeat for each paddle)
- Hold down D-pad down for 2 seconds → LED turns off, mapping is saved
Tip: Hold down D-pad left + Square for 5 seconds → resets/deactivates the paddles.
My controller isn't working properly after the modification — what should I do?
First, test the controller on a PC using our test and calibration page — alternatively, there are free apps for smartphones. This way, you can see exactly what problems are present.
Make sure you have watched an up-to-date installation video. Our TikTok channel is the most current — videos can also be viewed in the browser without an account.
Common errors & solutions:
- Controller won't turn on after paddle modification: Is the remapper correct? Are the holes and contact surfaces aligned? Individual remappers can be reordered.
- Individual buttons are not recognized (e.g., Triangle/Square): Remove the remapper and clean the contact surfaces with isopropanol. Also clean the circuit board and smart buttons if applicable — even dust particles can prevent contact.
- L2/R2 not working after smart button modification: The original flex cable must remain in place; the smart button flex cable is placed over it. Alternatively: solder a 10k-Ohm resistor from 1.8V to the L2/R2 solder pad (quicker with equipment).
- Programmable remapper cannot be programmed: Is the flex cable for power connected? For L12, is it swapped with the trigger flex cable and plugged into or soldered to the remapper? Alternatively, solder power via the included cables. If you have problems, send installation photos.
- One paddle is not working: DIY sets include spare buttons — simply replace them.
- Product differs from the video: We are constantly improving products; older videos may no longer be current. TikTok is the most active.
